APRICOT CIDER

Pressed apricots dominate this uniquely tart cider that blends perfectly with local Hood River granny smith and pink lady apples. The Apricots add a dash of flavor that is like combining a peach and a plum but not quite as sweet. Off-dry and bright, this cider has always been a local favorite. GF, .9% brix

BLACKBERRY CIDER

6.2% abv

Made from pressed NW blackberry, black current, along with fermented apples from the slopes of Mt Hood, this is a bold, tart, fruit-forward cider, with just a touch of sweetness. The tartness of the blackberries is rounded out by the dry tannins of black currant. GF, .9% brix

DRAGONFRUIT CIDER

A long time ago when dragons roamed the land, soldiers were sent out to bring back one thing for their Emperor – The prized Dragon Fruit. This exotic fruit is part of the cactusfamily with neon-magenta skin, lime scales, and has a mild kiwi sorbet like flavor. This is fermented from 100% NW apples then infused with NW raspberries and Asian dragon fruit. This innovative cider bursts with flavor while maintaining a dry and clean finish. GF, 1% brix

The tartness of the pineapple is skillfully balanced with the passionfruit’s sweetness and flavor. We targeted an off-dry profile by balancing the ratio of the tropical fruit to our NW fermented apples. The ciders fun relaxed attitude shines through in this punchy blend.  GF, 1% brix
